The Need to Bead |

Duration:
½ to 1 Day (the more time, the more stitches taught) Beading techniques to add to your fiber and fabric include, running stitches for various sizes of beads, stop stitches and charm application, couching, bead collage and other raised beading stitches. Beading stitches learned in class may be applied to clothing, pillow, fiber and quilt art or 3 dimensional fabric-based object. Materials needed: Basic sewing supplies, a project to bead such as a 2 layers of fabric and one of batting for embellishment practice in a 12 + inches in diameter hoop or a small quilted piece. This is a hand beading; no machine needed for embellishing during class. A complete supply list available upon booking a class.
